Our Company
Purcell Capital LLC is a family-operated, property management business based in the rural community of Salem, Illinois. However, we serve a broad geographical area including Southern Illinois and the Metro-East. We are the 4th generation to serve the region with quality rental space. We currently offer single-family homes, apartments, town-homes, and storage solutions.
We have focused on the revitalization of historical structures by vastly modernizing to the standards of today while maintaining the history and charm of yesterday.

Purcell Capital LLC has a full-time property management team in place to ensure every call gets answered and every request is processed timely. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately and we strive for a 24 hour resolution time.
